Development of the mathematical model of the business process "accounting of personal competence" of the educational scientific center

The work analyzes the existing and proposed processes for recording personnel competences through dynamic modeling, simulates these processes, and assesses the effect of the introduction of automation tools based on a comparison of indicators obtained during the simulation.
