Development of a mechanism for comprehensive diagnosis of innovative development of the regional heat and power complex

The paper substantiates the relevance of increasing the efficiency of innovative development of the regional heat and power complex, taking into account the current conditions of the modern period described in the article. It is shown that for this it is important to conduct a permanent comprehensive diagnostics of the innovative development of the regional heat and power complex. The analysis of the scientific literature on the topic of the study made it possible to propose the conceptual foundations of the mechanism for the complex diagnostics of the innovative development of the regional heat and power complex. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time a systematic study was made of the possibility of developing a comprehensive mechanism for assessing innovation activity, the current state and distribution of responsibility, as well as identifying priority areas for improving the efficiency of these processes, taking into account the results obtained. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the conceptual foundations for the development of a mechanism for complex diagnostics of the innovative development of the regional heat and power complex. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and solved: the existing methods for assessing the innovative activity of business entities were analyzed; the author’s approach to the construction of a mechanism for complex diagnostics of the innovative development of the regional heat and power complex is proposed. The theoretical and practical significance of the work is due to the possibility of applying the presented results in the activities of heat and power enterprises.
