Improving mechanism development for the branch network management efficiency of the telecommunication services company

The article proposes a comprehensive mechanism developed by the authort o i mp r o v e t h e e ff i c i e n c y o f m an ag i ng t h e b r an c h n e t w o rk o f a l arge telecommunications services company. Three of its most important componentsare singled out: organizational, economic and socio-psychological mechanisms toimprove the branch network management efficiency. As part of the mechanism forimproving the branch network management efficiency, the use of the decompositionmethod in conjunction with the methods of centralization and automation ofmanagement is recommended. An enlarged model of the mechanism for improvingthe branch network management efficiency of a large telecommunicationscompany is presented. This model is the basis for the formation of new mechanismsfor the long-term development of a large company.
