Development of mechanisms for sustainable development of industrial enterprises based on the institution of public-private partnership

Currently, an information management concept for Russian industrial production is being created that meets the challenges of a new technological order. In this regard, the task of ensuring the sustainable development of industrial companies is being updated. In conditions of imbalances in the development of the world economy, a strategy for the sustainable development of Russian industry is needed. Within the framework of this strategy, several areas are highlighted for the systematic work of the government of the Russian Federation and domestic companies: human capital, artificial intelligence and public-private partnership. The article discusses issues related to the reindustrialization of industrial production based on the mechanism of public-private partnership. The technological risks preventing the reindustrialization of industrial production are revealed. The slow implementation of digital transformation processes is the most important of them, insufficient dynamics of developments on the introduction of artificial intelligence and intellectual capital, institutional and legal conditions and risks. The article contains some suggestions for neutralizing risks. A model has been developed for the inclusion of digital transformation technologies and innovative products in the strategy of industrial policy in the domestic economy.
