The paper is devoted to the development of a techniques to implement a proactive maintenance of the aircraft hydraulic actuators based on in-line control of thework fluid purity. It is identified the weak element of the hydraulic actuator, which state determines the state of the machine in general. The effect of particle contamination on this item is study. It is develop schemes and decision-making algorithm for assessing of the technical condition of the hydraulic actuator.
