Development of a method for identification of a regional construction cluster

The building cluster is the most important sphere of the economy. Its condition largely determines the level of development of society. The main purpose of the enterprises of the construction cluster is renewal of production assets, improvement of the social sphere, modernization, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of material goods. The development of the construction cluster is well reflected in the economy of Russia, regions, contributes to the inflow of financial resources. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for identifying regional construction cluster. The authors consider the construction cluster of the regions of the Russian Federation, and also study the methods of identification. Thus, the application of qualitative and quantitative indicators for the identification and evaluation of clusters allows a thorough approach to the formation of cluster cores, to determine the added value and the chain of its formation in each individual cluster, to identify specific features of the cluster structure.
