Identification technique for the results of intellectual activity in the composition of unified technology

An integral part of innovation management is the lawful accounting of the results of intellectual activity, which act as management objects. With the introduction of the fourth part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, a new object of legal regulation for unified technology has appeared, whose main principle of legal regulation model is observing the balance of state interests, the immediate creators of objects of exclusive rights, as well as economic entities. The article considers the identification methods of the results of intellectual activity developed by the author as part of a unified technology.
