The article describes scheme of functioning of the enterprise, provides a set of key performance indicators, including features, image interpretation and analysis of expression of one of the production halls of the aircraft enterprise "Aviastar-SP". Developed a method of monitoring of key performance indicators for the calculation of integral evaluation of the subdivision. Presents the possibility of the program for data visualization in the form of reports, maps, targets, tile bezels, a visual representation which facilitates the analysis of data and speeds up the decision-making process.
