In the results highlighted that problems of formalization and modeling which are taking into account presentation of the control and diagnostics objects as complex network elements according to their physical properties, appointments and transients and block type modules, in which blocks are the structural or functional elements of the object, what is typical for aircraft on-board equipment system are poorly researched or unsolved. On the anvil proposed as a conceptual base for the state image synthesis of complex assemblies and systems of aircraft on-board equipment using of mathematical apparatus in frameworks of detailed formalism of the image theory of U.Grenander. The main components of models and objects and aviation equipment systems were determined.
