This article deals with the possibilities of using the functions of a smartphone in law practice and creating an Android mobile application. Application will reduce processing time photo-files of the legal case, properly catalog and store the photo materials in the memory of the smartphone, given the opportunity to edit and replace incorrect files or supplement the volume of legal cases.
