Development of the business process model by means of Aris express

The functionality of the ARIS express software is considered in the article. The stages of building business process diagrams are the statement of the model purpose; identification of the processes that are important; allocation of zones where the process is performed (or entities performing the process); determining the conditions that affect the process; visualization of processes taking into account the rules of notation. Each stage is considered on the example of the model which describes the logic of the transport control and management system.
