Currently, the issue of the breadth of application of professional standards in the human resource management system is relevant for many business entities. The use of professional standards in organizations of various forms of ownership is due to the amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in 2016. The system of human resource management in organizations is currently unified and professional standards have not yet entered the practice of extensive use of this system. In order to comply with the requirements of labor legislation, the personnel services of enterprises and organizations have focused on the implementation of professional standards in personnel records management. However, professional standards may have a broader spectrum of usefulness. This is what this article is about.
