Development of new forms of employment in rural areas of the Krasnodar region

The development of the agro-industrial complex is possible only due to the increase in the population in rural areas for permanent residence and employment. In view of the introduction of new technologies and requirements for economic management and everyday life in the village, it is important to study the harmoniously coexisting new forms of activity in the current economic conditions. The purpose of the study was to increase the attractiveness of rural areas by attracting new forms of employment. The materials provided by the Federal State Statistics Service, including Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea, were studied, and economic and statistical techniques were used. As a result, a conditional reference scheme of population interaction in modern society in rural areas was developed. Without state assistance, the implementation of the presented scheme of interrelated forms of employment of the settlement is difficult. Thus, to increase the attractiveness of rural areas, it is important that the village meets all living standards, namely: developed infrastructure, including IT technologies, an organized workplace and the prospect of professional growth, the possibility of introducing start-ups into an existing work regime or involving the creation of new approaches to work, and so on.
