Development of an original method of endoscopic hemostasis in acute gastroduodenal bleeding

The authors analyze the use of a delivery device for dosed administration and the expansion of opportunities for bleeding ulcers and erosions of the gastric and duodenal mucosa. The authors conclude that the endoscopic treatment of acute hemorrhagic processes on the mucous membranes of the stomach and duodenum includes the introduction of an endoscope, cleaning the surface lesions and applying a therapeutic composition to the affected surface under visual control, and a therapeutic composition based on a substance is applied to the affected surface with signs of bleeding using a delivery device consisting of an injection mechanism and a catheter passed through the working channel of the endoscope.
