Development of indicators of program effectiveness assessment cluster development of the region

The article deals with practical aspects of evaluating the efficiency of development programs for industrial clusters. The evaluation of programs will allow to determine the required changes and adjust the system of measures. In this connection, the research aims to develop indicators for assessing the effectiveness of cluster development programs. To do this, the article analyzes the approaches used to assess effectiveness and identifies indicators for assessing the effectiveness of cluster development programs. Thus, the article proposes the final (expected) results of the program, the expected results of the subprograms and the target indicators of the activities.
