Development of the precision satellite reflectors of polymeric composite materials: adaptive control system of manufacturing process

The way of the adaptive management process of development of the high-precision antenna reflectors, made of polymer composites, is considered. The process proceeds in a successive order, at the each process step the process parameters are measured and controlled, experimental curves defining the relationship of monitored parameters with quality of the finished product, are refined. On the basis of the obtained data the process parameters of the following stages, providing for the finished product quality target value, are optimized.
