Development of the performance system and principles for the stochastic model of inclusion into consolidated group of taxpayers

The paper substantiates the need to develop the new principles of building and functioning of the stochastic model of inclusion into consolidated group of taxpayers. The authors describe in detail and systematize the basic principles of dynamic stochastic models of general economic balance. The paper considers the methods of selecting of the most appropriate principle for building a model in case of alteration of its parameters. The stages of stochastic model development are outlined. The models elaborated in future will be used for prediction of processes arising when some participants are included into the consolidated group of taxpayers.
