Development of principles of forecasting customs offenses and crimes based on dynamic methods of estimation of economic stability of participants of foreign economic activity

The article examines the possibility of applying the analysis of dynamic criteria for analyzing the economic sustainability of enterprises - participants in foreign economic activities to predict the commission of customs offenses and offenses. The author has constructed a mathematical model that can be used to categorize participants in foreign economic activity. The model is based on the analysis of accounting reports of one hundred enterprises from which one half were authorized by economic operators, and the second - firms that were brought to administrative or criminal liability for violations of customs legislation.
