The global changes which have occurred in recent years in economy, the social sphere which reason was prompt distribution of information technologies, demanded the corresponding reorganization of the content of education. Education should be focused on independent activity of students. For the solution of this task it is necessary to create program pedagogical complexes on disciplines.
