Development of the scheme of public administration by production of electronic devices of a special purpose

This article is devoted to the analysis of tendencies, key factors of development of production of electronic components of a radio-electronic industry of Russia. The most important directions of a state policy directed to enhancement of production of electronic components of a special purpose are formulated. The scheme of public administration is developed by production of electronic components of a special purpose in which at this stage prevalence of tasks of development of new industry technologies over tasks of production of electronic components is noted.
