The problems of algorithmic and hardware-program support of the control system for submersible liquid cooling of high-performance computing systems are considered. The control system solves the problem of minimizing power consumption when limiting the maximum permissible temperature of fuel components of computer systems. A solution to the problem of minimizing energy consumption is proposed, and optimality conditions are obtained. The hardware is selected, the controller is developed, allowing to process the required number of digital thermometer signals
