Development of the medium term indicators for small business

Indicative planning is an effective form of planning for socio-economic development. Indicators are quantitative-qualitative characteristics of the socio-economic phenomena and processes in relation to a particular object of planning. The author examines the gradual development of indicators; the case study of planning for the system of medium term indicators in small business in Russia.
