Development of a monitoring system for the recommendation system of the unified digital platform “Work in Russia”

This paper presents the development and implementation of a monitoring system for a recommendation system integrated into a unified digital platform "Work in Russia". The system uses modern methods of data analysis and large language models (LLM), as well as A/B testing methods to optimize and improve the functioning of recommendation systems. The development includes designing the client and server parts of the application, defining functional and technical requirements and testing.
