In view of postindustrial economic development and information society development, as well as in view of competition growth (due to globalization) at traditional markets, the actuality of modern Information Technology use in commercial activities also increases. As the resources of extensive market growth come to the end, more and more companies put more emphasis on Internet-Marketing technologies, which allow to attract new customers without geographical expansion of subsidiary's network and additional offices. One of the necessary conditions, which allow to solve the problem are the marketing research tools in the Internet. The development of mathematical tools to provide marketing research in the Internet is the subject of the given article.
