Developing the BSC for small and medium-size businesses with reference to risks managing methods

The article is a study of constructing a balanced score card (BSC) aimed at its integration into, and optimisation of the risks management system. The suggested planning algorithm allows businesses to find out in advance the risks their plans may face, to come up with quantitative assessment of situations and develop a system of steps including risks management as components of the balanced score card, all of which will guarantee successful implementation of development strategies.
