Development of an organization’s development strategy

The article is devoted to the development of an organization's development strategy. It discusses the main steps in developing a strategy. Four approaches that are used in the strategy development process are described, such as the SWOT analysis approach, the portfolio analysis approach, the competitive strategy approach, and the strategic change management approach. The article also discusses the stages of strategic management and the three tasks of creating an organization's strategy.
