Dynamic changes in the external environment place high demands on the management of organizations and, especially, on personnel management. The success of this task depends on the effectiveness of the organization’s functioning and, ultimately, its viability. Numerous studies confirm that enterprises that effectively manage human resources tend to achieve higher levels of economic growth than their competitors. Human resource management is becoming one of the most important areas in the management strategy of a modern organization. The problems of socio-economic transformations taking place in modern Russian society made it possible to understand and evaluate the tasks facing employees of enterprise management services. Without people, there is no organization, without the right people, no organization can achieve its goals and survive. There is no doubt that personnel management is one of the most important aspects of management theory and practice. Under personnel, we will understand the totality of all the human resources that the organization has. These are employees of the organization, partners, experts involved in the implementation of certain projects, research, etc.
