The article is devoted to the development of a strategy for personnel management in general cases. The development of a HR strategy currently occupies an important place in the strategic management system. In developing a HR strategy based on a variety of factors, including a specific type of enterprise strategy, the organization's management chooses the direction in which the HR management system will develop. The article discusses the main steps and methods of developing a HR strategy. The task of developing the right HR strategy can be so complex due to a lack of financial, material, intellectual resources, the level of professionalism of managers and professionals that it will be necessary to prioritize the right areas and components of HR strategy.
