Development of the block diagram and the algorithm of the UV led irradiator

For ultra-violet radiation of seeds of vegetable and grain crops mercury gas-discharge lamps of both low, and high pressure are used. Irradiating installations with such sources of radiation are ecologically dangerous, aren't energy efficient, fire-dangerous, not electrical safety and the significant amount of ozone during the work emits. Practically all applied ultra-violet installations don't contain the device which automatically supports the required dose of ultra-violet radiation, in a type of reduction of a stream of radiation of a lamp at operation. Ultra-violet light-emitting diodes don't contain mercury, don't emit ozone, powered from low voltage, heat up not higher than 420C, and for maintenance of the required dose of ultra-violet radiation.Iit is offered to use programmable logical controllers or microcontrollers. In work material on development of the block diagram and an algorithm of work of energy saving, energy efficient, environmentally friendly, fireproof and electrical safety LED ultra-violet irradiating installation with use of the programmable logical microcontroller for maintenance of the required dose of ultra-violet radiation is stated. Use of the microcontroller allows to operate work as ultra-violet irradiating installation and gives the chance to use her for preseeding processing of seeds of various cultures, for example, vegetable, grain, decorative, coniferous.
