Development of competence model structure of high school graduate

Problems of traditional high vocational training, some concepts of competence approach are considered. The important tendency in vocational training of bachelors in a direction «Quality management» is deter-mined as the orientation on professional administrative competences. The opportunity of development the competence model of the graduate in the examined direction is certain.
