The article considers the methodology for developing the structure of processes of the enterprise quality management system. The development of an information support system for quality management processes is considered. During the development, a process approach based on the ISO 9001 standard is used. Various classifi cations of enterprise QMS processes are considered. The methodology for structuring enterprise processes by process levels is considered. An approach to dividing the model of processes of the quality management system into process levels is proposed. An example of the structure of interrelated processes of the quality management system is given and the structure of the information support system for processes is proposed using the example of machine-building enterprises. The main recommendations for developing the structure of the enterprise quality management system processes and building an information support system for quality management processes are formulated.
