Development of the technology and the analysis of liquid extract from leaves and flowers of ordinary horse-chestnut as anti-inflammatory and vientoning drugs

The composition of the biologically active agents (BAA) of flowers and leaves of ordinary horse-chestnut is studied. Existence of the significant amounts of saponins, flavonoids, tannins that defined anti-inflammatory and vientoning action of aqueous-alcoholic extraction is established. The technological scheme of receiving liquid extract from leaves and flowers of ordinary horse-chestnut 1:1 which cornerstone extraction of BAA of 70% ethyl alcohol by a repercolation method is developed. Results of pharmacological researches showed the anti-inflammatory activity of the offered liquid extract. Techniques of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of saponins and flavonoids in liquid extract of ordinary horse-chestnut are offered.
