Development of local laser anneal technology for half-finished products from aluminium alloy

Laser anneal temperature-speed modes of the hard-drawn the aluminium alloy АМг2Н, providing cold work removal and recrystallizated structure formation, are determined. Local laser annealing provides increase of limiting relative lengthening on 20…25 %, reduction of the minimal bending radius in 1.7 … 2.0 times. Application of the developed anneal technological process before cold pressing affords an opportunity to raise durability of details due to use hard-drawn sheet and tubular billets.
