Multi-step procedure of vegetative propagation is initiated for 13 difficulty-rooting woody species (34 forms, cultivars and plus trees) including forest-forming, fruit and decorative trees and shrubs. Grafted and rooted plantlets are obtained in the first step of investigation. Repeated grafting and rooting of obtained plants will be fulfilled on the second step for gradually rejuvenation of initial mature donors.
