Mathematical modeling of thermal fields at electron beam processing of titanium VT-1 alloy in vacuum is fulfilled. Energy of activation, diffusion from a constant source, from a source of limited power are calculated. Dependence of thickness of a diffusive layer on borating time is analysed. Electron beam effect was carried out by means of electron beam installation of the special design completed with the powerful electronic gun on thermocathodes with the control unit of the electronic beam (BUEL) and the high- voltage rectifier.
