Development of the management mechanisms for formation and control of the informational and communicational environment of the modern higher school

Informational and communicational environment of the contemporary higher school serves to distribute the innovative technologies for general public. The process of the innovative technologies generation is an algorithm, the teaching of which it is appropriate to conduct by application of such standard attributive relations, as a model of the specialist’s education for developing of the united motives and objectives of the social groups and a high school. The widespread acquisition of the algorithm leads to increase of the intangible assets of the university.
