Development of management decisions for the implementation of lean production tools based on system analysis in oil and gas productions

The article is devoted to the development of management decisions for the implementation of lean production tools in oil and gas production using methods of system analysis. The paper presents an analysis of production processes in oil and gas production using methods of system analysis identifies the main problems that hinder the efficient operation of production. Based on the results of the analysis, specific management decisions are proposed for the implementation of lean production tools that will reduce production costs, increase work efficiency and reduce the negative impact on the environment.
