Development of management decisions under uncertainty: ways of forecasting and minimizing risks

The article discusses management risks that arise during the development and decision-making in organizations, as well as methods for forecasting and minimizing them. The theoretical aspects of risk are presented, including its definition, classification and impact on the company's activities. Special attention is paid to the ways of implementing risk management, such as risk avoidance, reduction, transfer and acceptance. The article also presents applied risk assessment methods, including statistical, expert, and computational-analytical approaches with examples of their application (payment matrix, SWOT analysis, Delphi method, decision tree).
