In this document analysis of problems, aviation accidents’ causes for three aviation categories (CFIT, LOC and RWY) as well as recommendations on how to increase the flight safety level are presented which are followed within the Member-states of the Agreement on Civil Aviation and Airspace Use taking into account the peculiarities of the region.
