Development of model legislation for information security

The article highlights the cooperation between Russian and Belarusian scientists in the development of recommendations on harmonization and improvement of national and model laws on information security, development of legal regulation of the operation of public telecommunications networks; on streamlining the conceptual apparatus of information legislation. The international team of scientists during 2010-2015 made a number of integration developments for the inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth Independent States (draft model laws «On information, informatization and information security», «On crucial facilities of information and communication infrastructure»). The dictionary - reference book on conceptual terminology in model legislation was issued. Appreciation of the labor international team of scientists shows the relevance of their applied research, the importance and relevance of the results at the present stage of the development of the potential of information and communication technologies and information security.
