Debt dispute resolution: new opportunities for restructuring and crowdfunding

The article discusses the prospects for resolving debt disputes in Russia. The measures taken by the state, commercial and non-profit organizations to spread restructuring and crowdfunding (joint financing) are analyzed. New options are proposed for solving the debt problems of citizens and organizations based on the existing infrastructure of the Federal Bailiff Service with the involvement of citizens who are ready to help debtors. Such assistance can be an alternative to standard collection.
