The development of bank lending to agricultural producers as a necessary condition for the creation of a competitive agricultural sector of the country

The article considers the issues of lending to small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises by Russian banks. The author substantiates the necessity of crediting development in the agrarian sector, as it is the main producer of agricultural production in Russia. The article suggests the application of the advanced world experience in organization of agricultural production for achievement of goals in the credit sector, at the same time adapting it to the conditions of domestic credit institutions.
