Development of lean production in the quality management system

The transition from conventional to lean manufacturing marks a complete overhaul of the foundations of the organization of both production relations within the enterprise and relations with suppliers and consumers. It is no secret that for manufacturers (hereinafter, manufacturers also mean service providers) the main task of managing an enterprise is the task of maximizing profits. This article is the result of a master's thesis, it presents the theoretical aspects of lean manufacturing as the main factor in quality management.
