The relevance of the article is related to changes in the global fashion market. A small group of multinational fashion companies has formed, which, although they occupy a relatively small share of the global market, form the main trends in the consumption of mass clothing. The article is devoted to the development of fast fashion transnational corporation Inditex in a volatile external environment. Rapid response to changing consumer preferences, dispersed production and efficient use of global value chains, highly efficient logistics along with global marketing, and exceptional customer care are hallmarks of Inditex's business operations.
