Development of human and intellectual capital as a key factor of economic growth

The article analyzes the role of human and intellectual capital as key factors of economic growth in Kyrgyzstan. In the context of globalization and technological changes, the country's economy is faced with the need to improve the quality of education, skills of the workforce and innovation potential. The main attention is paid to the study of the state of human capital in Kyrgyzstan, including the level of education. The existing problems and limitations faced by Kyrgyzstan in the process of developing human and intellectual resources are considered and recommendations for solving these problems are given.
