Human capital development in the context of socio-economic growth in developing countries

This article presents a comparative analysis of the experience of countries with a high Human Capital Index among developing nations, such as Poland and Belarus, with a focus on socio-economic development and human capital enhancement. The study explores the distribution of government expenditures on healthcare and education to identify similarities and differences with Armenia. Special attention is given to the impact of these expenditures on human capital development, which is a key driver of economic growth and social stability.
