Digital platform development for sustainable financing of industrial projects based on a pre-investment mechanism

The article presents the methodology aspects of a digital platform for sustainable financing of industrial projects, developed since a pre-investment mechanism integrating the principles of environmental, social and management responsibility. This platform is designed to unite participants in the investment process: industrial enterprises, banks, investors and government institutions into a single ecosystem that ensures transparency, reliability and efficiency of information exchange in the implementation of projects to introduce the best available techniques (BAT). The proposed digital platform for sustainable financing of industrial projects is a specialised information and analytical system designed for automated collection, verification, analysis and support of pre-investment projects implemented as part of the green manufacturing production. The digital platform implementation will accelerate the processes of production modernisation and can become the most important tool in the formation of a new sustainable industrial development model sustainable industrial development at the national level.
