The methodology and the goals of pharmaceutical enterprises’ development from the perspective of the key stakeholders are considered in the article. The author describes the instruments of economic, social, human resources, innovation-driven and ecological development. The main indicators, which characterize the efficiency of the pharmaceutical enterprises’ development in views of the key stakeholders, are identified.
