The development of the financial and credit relations in Russia and China

The last quarter of the century was marked for Russia and China by the cardinal changes in economic and legal systems. Reforms in economic, financial, credit and monetary spheres made China one of the world leaders. Russia during this period endured many crisis phenomena, however the state didn't overcome the problems of economic development. The article is devoted to the analysis of different aspects of the financial and credit relations of Russia and China, to the study of various opinions of scientists about the increasing role of the state in the financial and economic sphere.
