Franchise development in the Russian civil law and its correlation with the commercial concession

The main stages of formation of the franchise, as an economical relation in the Russian Federation, and means of regulation of such relations by the civil law of Russia are viewed in the article. Special attention is paid to the treaty of commercial concession as a means of regulation of the complex franchise.
